Training & Coaching
Facts and information are the main resources of an information specialist. Information, in its various forms, found in libraries, archives, public libraries of patent offices, acquired through a conversation with an expert on the phone or at conferences and meetings, stored on CD-ROMS and in online data bases. It does not suffice to know where information can be found, but it is essential to know how it can be retrieved quickly.
